Group size depends on the tour and season; the maximum is shown on the product page. Small-group and private tours are available for some itineraries. If a specific group size matters, confirm it with us before booking.

A solo traveller may pay a single supplement when the tour price is based on double occupancy. Ask us for the supplement and whether a share option is available. The exact amount is shown in your quote before payment.
Many tours welcome children, but age limits, child pricing and seat rules vary by product. Tell us the child's age at booking and whether you need a child seat. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian; some activities have minimum age or height requirements.
We offer Toronto tours and nearby destinations, including city sightseeing and multi-day Canada East itineraries; the current product list and departure dates are on the product pages. Tell us your dates, group size and interests and we will send matching options. Availability is confirmed at booking.
Luggage allowance depends on the vehicle and tour; usually one suitcase plus one carry-on per person. Storage space may be limited on day tours, so bring only what you need. Tell us in advance about strollers, wheelchairs or oversized items.
Gratuities for guides and drivers are not included in the tour price and are at your discretion. If service was good, a tip is appreciated but never required. Check whether a service charge is already included in the product details.
Guide languages vary by departure and are listed on the product page or confirmed at booking. We commonly offer Chinese, English and French, but not every tour has all three on every date. Ask us to confirm the language for your specific departure.
Bring a passport valid for at least six months beyond your return date when required, the required visa or eTA, your booking confirmation and travel insurance. Minors travelling without both parents may need a consent letter. Requirements change; verify with the official authority.
No. Visa decisions are made solely by the embassy or immigration authority, and we cannot guarantee approval, processing time or a specific outcome. Do not book non-refundable travel before you have the visa. If a visa is refused, normal cancellation rules apply unless your product says otherwise.
Visa and entry requirements depend on your nationality, passport and destination; check the official website of the destination country (for Canada: IRCC) before booking. We can provide an itinerary, confirmation or invitation letter when applicable, but we are not a visa office and do not give legal advice.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is not included unless the product page says so. Choose coverage for medical care, trip cancellation, interruption, delay and luggage. Check the policy wording before departure; the tour operator's liability is limited.
Meals are included only when the product page lists them. Breakfast is common in multi-day packages; lunch and dinner are often at your own expense. Tell us about allergies or dietary needs at booking so we can ask the supplier, but we cannot guarantee every kitchen.
Bring your passport or ID, booking confirmation, comfortable walking shoes, weather-appropriate layers, personal medication and a power adapter. For winter tours, add a warm coat, gloves and waterproof boots. Leave valuables at the hotel when not needed.
Airport transfers are included only when the product page says so; otherwise we can quote a private transfer. Send us the flight number, arrival time and hotel address. Do not assume a free pickup from a hotel outside the listed area.
Date changes and name transfers are subject to supplier availability and the fare rules of your booking. Contact us as early as possible with the order number and the requested new date or traveller name. Additional fees or fare differences may apply.
